Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and driven Senior Investment Analyst to join our Dubai-based investment team. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex transactions across multiple sectors and geographies, contributing directly to our firm's investment decisions and portfolio management.
About the Role
Lead financial analysis and due diligence for potential acquisitions across our target sectors. Partner with senior leadership on deal structuring and portfolio company monitoring. You will be responsible for building detailed financial models, conducting market research, and presenting investment recommendations to the investment committee.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive financial analysis and due diligence for potential acquisitions
- Build and maintain complex financial models for deal evaluation and portfolio monitoring
- Conduct industry research and competitive analysis to identify investment opportunities
- Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for the investment committee
- Support portfolio company monitoring and value creation initiatives
- Collaborate with operating partners on strategic and operational improvements
- Manage relationships with advisors, consultants, and other deal participants
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred
- 5+ years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or corporate finance
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven track record of working on complex transactions
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
