Overview
We are seeking a Capital Markets Associate to join our Texas office. This role will support fundraising activities and investor relations, playing a critical role in maintaining and expanding our investor base.
About the Role
Support fundraising activities and investor relations. Prepare marketing materials, coordinate due diligence, and maintain relationships with limited partners. You will work closely with senior leadership to communicate our investment strategy and performance to current and prospective investors.
Key Responsibilities
- Support fundraising activities for new fund vehicles
- Prepare investor presentations, marketing materials, and fund documentation
- Coordinate investor due diligence processes and data room management
- Maintain and update investor CRM and reporting systems
- Prepare quarterly investor reports and communications
- Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors
- Assist with investor meetings, annual meetings, and advisory board communications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in investor relations, capital markets, or institutional sales
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Understanding of institutional investor landscape and due diligence processes
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM systems
